Early Christmas Concert

The LeTourneau Chorale and the Longview Civic Chorus will join for a pre-Christmas concert on Friday, November 18th at the Belcher Center on the LeTourneau University campus in Longview. The concert will begin at 7:00 p.m. We'll be singing selections that range from early liturgical chants to contemporary pieces. And you can hardly have a concert without a G.F. Handel piece; we'll perform the this one being the chorus called Sing Unto God from Handel's oratorio Judas Maccabaeus. We'll be performing in the Lobby of the Belcher Center; the acoustics in it are wonderful for a cappella singing. It won't be livestreamed, but once the MP3's are released I'll post the on this board.
